REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) has the force of a binding agreement between the Client (“you”, “yourself”) and the company [Company Name] (the “Company”) operating the website Whitelabel Exchange Demo.net (the “Website”).
It is your responsibility to read this Policy carefully.
By accessing or using the Company’s services as specified on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agreed to be legally bound by it.
1. Fiat Refunds
If you funded your UPAY account with Fiat funds, transferring these funds back to you, upon your request, will only be possible before you convert them to Cryptocurrency. If you have instructed us to convert these funds to Cryptocurrency funds and we have executed the conversion, you will only be able to get the Fiat funds by selling or exchanging your Crypto back to Fiat using your UPAY account. This will only be possible if you have not transferred these funds to another destination outside of your UPAY account.
The transfer methods for executing refunds may be limited and may vary in availability depending on your location, the refund amount, and other factors.
We will never request any additional transfers from you in order to execute your requested refund.
2. Crypto Refunds
Cryptocurrency transfers are final and irreversible. If you funded your UPAY account with Crypto funds, you will only be able to get the Crypto funds back by accessing your UPAY account and sending your Crypto funds to your desired destination. This will only be possible if you have not already transferred these funds to another destination outside of your UPAY account.
After you made a digital currency (Cryptocurrency) transfer out of your UPAY account, it is final and will be sent to the specified wallet address. In case you submit an incorrect wallet address for your transfer, your funds will be lost and we will not be able to assist you with retrieving them due to the nature of Cryptocurrency transfers. It is your responsibility to make sure, before you make a digital currency transfer, that the destination wallet address is correct and you have access to that wallet.
3. Communication
In all cases, it shall be your responsibility to keep your account details confidential and not to share your account access information (such as, for example, login details) with any third parties. Our team cannot and will not access your wallets, and will never ask you for your account access information.
Please note: communication pertaining to refunds shall be conducted through our email address [email protected], which is shown on the Website. We will not contact you through other channels that are not stated as contact information on the Website.
